Conflict is neither good nor bad, but like a fire, it must be used wisely and kept under control. In this session, based on Ken Sande’s book, The Peacemaker, we will learn the four G’s of peacemaking: Glorify God, Get the log out of your eye, Gently Restore, and Go and be reconciled. In addition, we will discuss tips for preventing unnecessary conflict and dealing with conflict in dysfunctional spaces.
