This session will be led by Chick-fil-a Owner/Operator Brian Siktberg and Operations Director Calib Turner, as they share their strategies on raising up leaders in the marketplace who not only experience the ability to expand their skill set but experience overall care. They strive to help each member of their team become the best member of themselves by providing intentional discipleship and hands on training.
